Mindfulness and meditation aren't just for yogis in caves or the health conscious in lycra. It isn't necessarily spiritual and it isn't just for your mind.

You might have heard a lot about mindfulness and meditation in recent years, seen intricate colouring-in books for adults, or maybe you've tried to meditate at the end of a yoga class. Maybe you've had some really great experiences, or maybe you had a case of 'taco brain'. And maybe you decided that meditation is just not for you.

That's where you're wrong, my friend. Meditation is for everybody, especially teachers!
